Fasten It To My Chair ? |
| Refer to the instructions.
Be creative. You may still receive the benefits of the Spinal Spa
without attaching to a chair. Simply place the Spinal Spa against
your back and lean back. |

Work on my chair at home. but not so well in the office. |
| Due to the fact that there are many different
types of chair designs. Experiment by moving the comfort pads to
different hole locations. Be patient when adjusting, depending on
conditions spacing between therapeutic pads can also have an effect on
comfort. |

| How do I
target a problem area such as a shoulder or lower back ? |
| Group the pads closely together along the
positioning strip. Position at target area before leaning
back. When targeting shoulder you may wish to detach from chair or
seat & position the Spinal Spa against the problem area then lean
back. |

see a doctor ? |

reduce the pressure from the comfort pads ? |
| Simply place a towel or cloth over the Spinal
Spa then lean back |

increase the pressure from the comfort pads ? |
| The chair or seat may be so soft that it
absorbs the Spinal Spa as you lean against it. Try a firmer
chair. If you are wearing a heavy coat or clothing it may also
reduce the effectiveness on the Spinal Spa. |
